Borders. As well as catering for the domestic customer,

THE
TEAM
This is Frank Ballantyne
himself, the driving force behind the whole operation and
Your Briggs & Stratton Master Service Technician. Always
ready to help, no jobtoo big,
no job toosmall.
Frank
in his other role, will deal with technical enquiries,
both on parts and machinery operation. With his
vast knowledge and experience he will always have the
answer and is more than happy to discuss any queries or
difficulties you may have with any peice of equipment.

him busy!!!
Jill
She is our Queen of spare parts, dealing efficiently and
promptly with all telephone, e.mail and web enquiries, ensuring
that the correct part is provided in a helpful and friendly
manner.
She
keeps our stock and workshop records up to date and in tip
top order.
She
runs a mighty tight ship!
Paul
As
our Workshop Manager he is responsible for the service and
repair of the Tractors and Large Mowers.
He keeps us all amused with his endless chatter but takes
pride in his work and is always ready to help the customer
any way he can.
Bryan
He undertakes
the service and repair of all the smaller end machinery
and takes great pride in every job he tackles.
As an attendee
at frequently run Manufacturers Service Courses, his knowledge
is vast and up to date.
Mark
He is Franks'
son, who has inherited the experience and knowledge from
his father and is often on hand to help out in the Workshop,
along with delivery and collection of large machinery.
Myra
Her upstairs keeps
our accounts, systems and paperwork in order.
If unable to help
you when you call, she will put you through to the person
who can.
Poppy
and Tilly
The
majority of equipment we sell is owner operated, but some
of our models come supplied with their own fully trained
operators.
